Let’s hope that comes with this is the capacity to choose wisely.

Amateur composition makes this mediocre photograph even less palatable. 

There’s an inherent challenge to getting this picture level (and I wouldn’t blame any photographer who’d fallen short in making the initial camera shot here). It’s the angled wall above and behind the model: It can throw your perspective. Added to that, the model is posed leaning into it.

So one might figure, “level to the left horizontal and that’ll be safe.” But it’s not. And your eyes immediately tell you that. Center-frame, the window is likely to catch your notice for off-level. But if it doesn’t, the horizontal seam line on cement bench, under model’s butt, surely will.

Particularly egregious, given all the effort that’s clearly been put into this photo to make sure that’s among the first places one will be drawn to look.
